Certification strategy
The RIBA Passivhaus Overlay, published by the RIBA in 2022, defines the certification strategy as: A live document that is developed, used and updated to establish the client’s aims and ambitions with regard to Passivhaus standard, Passivhaus classification, certification method (Peak Load or Specific Heat Demand), energy target (Primary Energy or Primary Energy Renewable), summer and winter comfort, airtightness, air quality, noise and Compliance Risk Management Information.”
